This document sets binding terms for all users of the 13th platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms listed below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using 13th via our website or mobile app, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you are not permitted to use the 13th platform.
These terms form a legal agreement between you (the user) and 13th as the platform operator. They apply to all users regardless of access method—via web browser, mobile app, or any device. Continued use after any amendments implies acceptance of those changes.
The 13th platform is restricted to individuals who meet Malaysia’s legal minimum age for betting and related gaming activities. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws in their location.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 13th platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts. All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. 13th may request identity document verification at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details, including username and password, confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone. 13th is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 13th platform for the following purposes:
- Cheating, manipulating, or exploiting platform system vulnerabilities
- Conducting unauthorized financial transactions or money laundering activities
- Using automated software, bots or third-party tools to access the platform
- Disrupting platform operations or other users
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian laws
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 13th are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including TNG eWallet and Maybank2u. Deposits are processed automatically and usually credited within minutes depending on the method.
Withdrawals can only be made to the original account or wallet used for deposits, subject to required identity verification. 13th reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals suspected of fraud or requiring further legal compliance review.
Any taxes, transfer fees, or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user’s responsibility. 13th is not liable for delays caused by banking systems or third-party e-wallets.

- Minimum deposit: RM10 (varies by method)
- Withdrawals to original account only
- Identity verification may be required
- No transfers allowed between user accounts
- Verified transactions cannot be reversed
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
13th reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion of term violations, fraud, or illegal use. Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support.
After account closure, any remaining balance (if any) will be returned to the user once all reviews are complete, unless funds are lawfully withheld due to ongoing fraud investigations.
Liability Limits
The 13th platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. 13th is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including losses from betting or gaming activities.
If 13th is held liable by relevant authorities, maximum liability to any user is limited to the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days before the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Terms Changes
Intellectual Property
All content on the 13th platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 13th or our licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 13th platform may include links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. 13th is not responsible for any third party’s content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to their terms.
Term & Law Changes
13th reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
